Where is Rock the South located?
The new site (140 acres) sits at 1872 County Road 469 Cullman, AL 35057.
What new things will be offered?
Camping – The party can last all day! We are excited to offer 20’ x 20’ spots for camping with you and your closest friends. Let the party last all day!
RV Parking – Sleep in your luxurious motorhome, camper or travel-trailer
On-Site Parking – Less Walking!
Will I be searched coming into the festival?
Yes, In the spirit of keeping all of our patrons safe, all patrons will be subject to search through metal detectors.
Can I leave and come back?
If you have a camping or rv wristband, you may enter the concert area and return.
Can I bring an umbrella or tent for shade?
No-tents and umbrellas are not allowed as they cause obstructed views, but we welcome ponchos and rain jackets!
Can I bring a blanket for seating?
Yes!
Do you provide seating?
Only in the VIP and Platinum areas will we provide seating. No chairs will be allowed in these sections. General Admission patrons are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets for seating. Chairs will not be provided in the General Admission section.
Will I be able to see the stage?
Not only will the stage be bigger, Rock the South will have HUGE LED walls on either side so EVERYBODY can see what is going on all the time!
What am I allowed to bring into the festival?
No food or beverage carry-ins allowed. You may bring lawn chairs and blankets. All persons are subject to search at entry gates. All weapons are prohibited.
Will there be ATM's on-site?
YES, Rock the South will have 12 ATM’s scattered across the property!
Can I bring my pet?
No.
Tickets
Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased through the Rock the South on the tickets page.
Can I use my two-day ticket Friday and someone else use it Saturday?
All tickets are non-transferable. When you arrive on Friday, you get a wristband that will become your ticket for Saturday. Do not take the wristband off!
I have bought my ticket online and have not received it.
All online tickets are emailed to you and printed off at home. If you did not receive your tickets in an email or have lost or accidentally deleted your email please contact Rock the South customer support at [email protected]
What is the refund policy on ticket purchases?
All sales are non-refundable. Service Fees are non-refundable. If the event cancels or postpones to a later date, the price of your ticket will be refunded, the price of your ticket will be refunded, but the service fees are non-refundable.
Are children allowed at the concerts?
Children are allowed; however, we recommend parental discretion as the event does allow alcohol consumption. Children 2 and under are free, children age 3 and up are full price.
Will tickets be available at door?
If there is still availability YES! Cash and Credit only at the door.

Parking
Does Rock the South provide handicap parking?
Yes!
Food and Drink
Can I bring my own cooler or my own food or drinks?
No, Rock the South will have over 25 food and beverage vendors. From the best barbecue in the South to hamburgers to lemonade to Greek Food, Rock the South has you covered!
What is the alcoholic beverage policy?
Alcoholic Beverage will be available for purchase on property. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Do any of the vendors take plastic?
Every vendor will take both cash and credit!
Where are the ATM locations?
ATMs can be found throughout the festival grounds. ATMs are also located inside the Main Gate and other festival locations.
Safety and Security
Who should I tell if I see a problem?
Rock the South will have a very large security contingent on-site. If you see an issue, please notify any of our security officers from Event Operations Group or police officers from the Cullman Police Department, Cullman County Sherriff’s Department or Alabama State Troopers.
Will there be first aid on-site?
Absolutely! The Cullman Fire Department and Cullman County EMS do an incredible job of keeping all of our attendees safe!
What if I lose my child?
There will be a lost children’s tent staffed by the Cullman Police Department right next to the main Medical Tent.
What do you do in case of inclement weather?
All shows are rain or shine. In the event of serious weather, announcements will be made from the stage. Remember, tents are NOT considered safe cover in serious weather conditions. Rock the South is an outdoor festival. No refunds are allowed for weather-related delays or same-day postponements.
What is the weather policy?
While Rock the South is rain or shine, we work with Cullman Emergency Management Agency to coordinate and implement plans for severe weather that includes lighting, hail, or other severe weather elements for our attendees, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors. We work closely with meteorologists and our local EMS to coordinate possible evacuations. For more information about our evacuation policies, please email [email protected]
