Vendor Application


  • Load In-Thursday, June 2, 2017 (earlier load in can possible be negotiated)
  • Load Out-Saturday, June 4, 2017. All equipment must be clear by 5:00 PM on June 5, 2017.


Rock the South requires vendor to have a copy of all necessary documentation required by the State of Alabama, Cullman County, and the City of Cullman. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to acquire all permits, inspections, and necessary documents to do business at Rock the South.

  • Business License for the City of Cullman AND Cullman County.
  • Certificate of Insurance (Comprehensive General Liability listing RTS as additional insured (must have comprehensive liability in the amount of 1,000,000.00)
  • Health Inspection (done on-site) by City of Cullman Health Department and Cullman Fire

Terms and Conditions

  • The application deadline is March 1, 2017.
  • Acceptance notifications will be emailed by March 11, 2017.
  • All funds must be in the Rock the South office by April 29, 2017.
  • If a vendor submits a check that is returned, their application will be void.
  • Rock the South reserves the right to select or decline food vendors based upon the application submitted, vendor history, appearance, food quality, product mix and other factors, as determined solely by Rock the South.
  • Rock the South is exclusively supported by Pepsi. ALL beverages MUST be purchased through our beverage vendor. Only Pepsi BOTTLED products will be sold. No beverage fountains allowed.
  • Lemonade is not permitted as we have an exclusive deal.
  • Each Vendor will receive 6 passes with their vendor fee. If you need more, additional passes will be sold for $50.00 per pass.
  • Only enclosed generators or generators that can be placed on the closed portion of the festival fence will be allowed (must carry 50’ of cable).
  • Power will be billed at $350.00 if needed (110v, 30A, 50A).
  • Water will be billed at $100.00 for unlimited use (must carry 200’ of hose).
  • No branded or logo tents will be allowed. All tents that are set up will be exclusively provided by Rock the South. Absolutely NO POP UPS.
  • Please send pictures of current setup with application.

Fees will be discussed with Vendor Coordinator.
